If it turns out that you are not happy with your Hunters Moon product then please email us a hello@huntersmooncandles.com so we can look into the problem for you.
When returning an item we are unable to cover the cost of postage and do ask you to obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
